Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice prior to checking in of a cancellation or change or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. If, after checking in, your stay is shortened then a charge of up to one night's accommodation may be made.
I agree that I have read the Explorer Motel Apartments cancellation policy and agree in the event that I fail to cancel the reserved accommodation I authorise the Explorer Motel Apartments to debit my credit card one nights accommodation.

Smoking Policy
Smoking will not be tolerated in any of our units. For those who wish to smoke, you are more than welcome to do so outside and ashtrays have been provided for that purpose. Please leave your unit door and window shut while you smoke, to ensure no smoke enters the unit. Please note that if smoke is detected in a unit there will be a charge of $250 in order to return the unit to its non-smoking status. Not only does the effect of smoking taint the atmosphere within the units, there is considerable cost incurred with the need to clean the carpets, nets, curtains and bedding in order to return the said units to their original clean status. Furthermore, those units are often unable to be rented for two or three days after such actions.
